Shipping Policy
Every order is processed with care and shipped with full tracking. Here’s everything you need to know.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
📦 Orders placed during peak periods (major sales, holidays) may experience a processing delay of up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it on our Track Your Order page or directly on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after your label is created.
US Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is always free on every domestic order — no minimum purchase required. Expedited and Express options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs authority
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@bestofchick.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Check all possible delivery locations on your property
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Lost packages are covered under our shipping guarantee.
