Contact Our Team

Email us at returns@bestofchick.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with your return authorization.

Pack & Ship

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging if possible. Attach the prepaid return label we provide and drop it off at any carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Items in original, unused condition with all original packaging

Items free from damage, odors, or signs of use

Not eligible for return: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging. Final sale items are clearly marked at checkout.

If your item arrived defective or damaged in transit, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
