30-Day Window
Request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
3–5 Business Days
Refunds processed back to your original payment method.
Defective Items
Full refund or replacement — no return required.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- In its original, unused condition with all original packaging
- Free from damage, odors, or signs of use caused by the customer
⚠️ Items marked as Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Request a Refund
Email returns@bestofchick.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- A photo if the item arrived damaged or defective
We’ll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected (within 1–2 business days), your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement. We’ll email you a confirmation once the refund is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost — no need to return the damaged item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins. After that window, the order will ship and you may initiate a standard return upon delivery.
To cancel, contact us immediately at support@bestofchick.com with your order number.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of use, damage by the customer, or missing original packaging
- Final Sale items (unless defective)
- Original shipping costs (except in cases of our error or defective product)
